Without lifting her head much she slid the door open and entered, then slid it closed behind her. She made sure to be facing Miko's direction but again placed her forehead to the floor.

"I have wronged you greatly in my selfishness... and dared to insult you with claims of the same. It is not my place to deny your wishes and for this transgression I am most wrong. I have reflected on my conduct and understand this... and wish to give my solemn apology for this transgression. I understand if you do not accept this heartfelt expression, and understand if you wish to punish me. I will take what you deem as appropriate without question... even banishment would be a proper punishment and I will not object...." She almost wanted to cry, because she was quite sure she should be banished for her callous actions.
